NEW LOL CHAMP KLED

"KLED" Poster #3

[UPDATE @ 2:30 PM PACIFIC on 7/15: English version of poster 3 found at NA LCS studio!]

Travis Gafford shared an English version of the third KLED poster found at the NA LCS venue before 7/15's NA LCS games!
MISSING
The PRIDE of NOXUS
Deadliest creature i've ever seen
Decorated veteran of the battle of bucket creek
Patroling aint the same without him
Kled

A third KLED poster has been revealed, this time with a bit of a different tone and picture of the mysterious creature Kled has been talking about.

PixelBar_Madrid tweeted out these pictures of the third poster:
Redditor black4t translated the poster text as:
"WANTED
 THE NOXUS PRIDE
The deadliest creature I've ever seen.
Condecorated veteran of the Cubero stream battle.
PATROLLING ISN'T THE SAME WITHOUT YOU."

@Rokutomaru also provided us with this translation on twitter:
Just like the others, this poster is circulating all over the place - here's a German version found at the LCS Berlin Studio by @Thalegor!

"KLED" poster #2 teasers & New Champion Speculation!

Following the original mysterious Kled teaser found all over the world, another poster has surfaced!

Here's a picture of the Spanish poster shared by Afterlife Bar - BCN on Twitter:
This post has also been found in several other locations, such as PixelBar_Madrid!

Redditor Rokutomaru translated the post from Spanish to English as:
"Saddle and magic beast. WANTED. He runs so fast and almost always in a straight line. He stinks more than Sion, but I don't judge him. REWARD FOR THE SADDLE"
Here's a picture of the Turkish poster + a translation from @DoraOzsoy on Twitter.

The assumption is this series of posts signed by a mysterious Kled and the "Something in Brush" teaser are all getting us ready for our next new champion!

When asked if the next champion was crazier than Ryze's rework, Riot Afic noted:
"the new champ is literally crazier"

Gentleman Gustaf added:
"I haven't played recent iterations of the new champion, but I played with them on my team recently and enjoyed the hell out of the experience. To be fair, I enjoy very specific things about LoL"
Over on reddit, Phreak added:
"Quote:
He's probably just referencing the champion's personality rather than its kit.
Akin to Lulu, at least one of the new champion's abilities is more of a sentence/command than an ability name.
Enjoy the strange sentence structures."
Keep an eye out for more new champion teasers! Remember, we know a new champion will be out before or on 6.18 according to an earlier post by Meddler and we know that Harrow is the gameplay designer!

[LCU] Alpha client patch .05 changelog

The LCU live Alpha changelog has been updated to reflect the .05 patch, including  advanced match details and server-side client settings.
"Greetings, summoners.
It seems like just yesterday that the League client update alpha test started, but believe it or not, we’re now eight weeks in! Feedback from testers around the world continues to come in, and your latest thoughts around the profile and collection sections are being collated so we can begin iterating on it. We’ll be back with another ‘your feedback in action’ blog before we wrap up the current focus area in the coming weeks so you know where we’re headed based on what we heard.
We’ve got a couple additions hitting the alpha once .05 goes live this week, including being able to view advanced match details in the client at the end-of-game and some iteration to match history. Champion overview pages, abilities pages, the skins viewer, and lore pages are still coming, but they've been bumped back to a future patch. Also, and let us all rejoice because FINALLY RITO, client settings are now being stored server-side. Seriously, finally.
We’ll be back in two weeks with another changelog that will share details around our next focus area, and we’re hoping to have another round of alpha invites out soon, too. Until then, thanks as always for joining us during this test, and we’ll see you on the Rift (or bridge, or both—your choice). Engage!

[LCU] Crafting the Client: Twisted Treeline

Likewise, we have an announcement that Twisted Treeline and several user suggested changes will be hitting the League Client Update in the near feature!
"Beloved testers,
This week we're whipping out our Wooglet's Witchcaps and venturing into the Twisted Treeline. After you've vanquished Vilemaw, you'll notice that we've added a few more of the Champion Details page changes mentioned previously. You'll also see some smaller changes directly inspired by player feedback—stuff like a rework of mode selection in the lobby and some tweaks to the end-of-game scoreboard.
The changes to Twisted Treeline champ select will feel pretty familiar to those who've already tried out the updated client's blind pick champ select process for other modes. It's got the same features as before, but it looks shiny and new—just like a freshly-purchased Lord Van Damm's Pillager (yes, Summoner's Rift-only players, that is the name of a real item in this game).

When you finish a TT game, you'll notice the glorious return of the "advanced stats" tab on the scoreboard. It'll be available across all other game modes and you’ll be able to view it inside the client without having to open up a web browser.
GIVING THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT
That's the new stuff we're adding as part of our scheduled alpha development. Now let's talk about the changes we're making based specifically on tester feedback. A lot of feedback focused on the look and feel of the scoreboard—testers didn't actually think it looked as cool as it could. So we’re working on adding a little visual flashiness that will be making its way to the alpha with the next few patches.

Some people were also pretty confused about how to navigate the map>mode menu options in the lobby. We thought folks would be into our minimalist design with the little arrows, but y'all really just wanted some bigass buttons to click on. We heard ya, so the "Play" button will still drop you into a lobby with your most recently-played map and mode selected, but there's now a big "CHANGE MAP" button in the upper right that gets you to a higher-level view. We’ve also made some polish changes to map select to make it more readable.
The other little thing involved the look of champ mastery iconography in your champions tab. Nobody was happy with the way they looked, so we threw them into a vat of Oracle's Extract and they came out looking way better.
MORE TO COME
Most of this will hit in the next patch, but a few things will trickle in over the coming weeks. A mostly-functional store will finally appear, although you won't be able to fiddle with your loot or buy RP yet. We'll also update the news page to function more like it does in the current client (although the landing page in the alpha will remain as it is now, with a focus on sharing the changes we're making thanks to your feedback).
We're continuing to open the alpha to a wider pool of players, so if you haven't yet signed up for the alpha, now's your chance."
